Having a heart of gold has paid off for one lucky supporter!
Mark Noble* has received some life-changing news this afternoon as the lucky ticket holder of #6496531.
Unaware of his winning status, Mark picked up the phone and dove into a friendly chat with our Operations Coordinator to discuss why he supports the Foundation.
During the phone call, Mark's charitable nature shone through, disclosing that although this was his very first time purchasing our lottery, he does regularly donate to the cause. 'I do donate because we love the beach, we love to camp at the beach all the time. It’s just wonderful to have people out there looking after us.'
Mark was looking at the possibility of semi-retirment and travelling around Australia. Now that long term goal has a considerable cash injection to kick start retirement with total winnings of $1.06 Million in gold and an Isuzu 4WD valued at $62,267!
Mark stated the reason for the couple entering lotteries was that his wife 'just had a feeling lately.' Now he is eagerly awaiting to tell his wife the life-changing news this afternoon. Leaning into that feeling has most certainly paid off for this lovely couple.
